How Important Sport is for Humans?

Sport is an activity which train human's body, both physical and spiritual. Physical sports for example are football, volleyball, basketball, run, jump, swim, yoga, archery, or even self defense technique, and many more. Spiritual sport is like chess. Physical sports also have impact to our spiritual.

Based on research that written on a journal "Personality and individual differences", when someone feel tired or have a bad mood or got stressed with the work, highly recommended to do some exercise (sport), although just 30 minutes. While doing exercise, our body will release a hormon called endorfin that is able to reduce stress and pain from our body. Especially if those sports or exercises are what we like.

According to medical science, sport is very beneficial for our health. Sport make our heart's muscle stonger, dicrease blood pessure, facilitate body metabolism, lead in more oxygen to the brain, and other. 

Many negative effects that we get if we rarely do exercise or sport. For example, hard to sleep, get tired easily, get angry easily, old faster. There still a lot of negative effects if we rarely do sport.

The World Health Organization (WHO) in its guidebook on "Global Recommendations on Physical Activity for Health" recommends healthy adults to exercise at least 150 minutes per week. Although everyone has different power, exercise still very important to do even though just a moment.

My Kind Teachers

Hello guys, I feel happy can meet you again,friends. Now I want tell you about my experience and my kindness teacher.            At that time, I was 7 years old or on 1st grade. At that time, I'm very  often sick and also on that day. On the morning, i went to school as usual. I am very excited to go to school because i have many kind friends and teachers. BAKDES

Hello! On 3rd of January 2019, 11th grade of Senior High School 3 Bandung do Bakdes. Bakdes is Bakti Desa, one of many programs held by Senior High School 3 Bandung. Bakdes is activity goes to a village and we stay there for three days with host family. We went to Cibeureum Village On Thursday, 3rd January 2019. We arrived there at noon in Balai Desa Cibeureum. First day, we walked around the village, socialized with villagers, shared sembako to some villagers who needed it, helped host parents in house until night. Then we went to sleep. Second day, My class invited by one of host family there to go to Situ Cisanti. We went by truck. It was an interesting experience. I've never ride on truck before. That was my first time. Situ Cisanti was so beatiful. For you who have not known what is Situ Cisanti, It is a headwaters of Citarum River, Indonesia. There 7 source water of Citarum River. That was very clean and clear.
